Mobilization Administrative Assistant

Position Scope
The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the Mobilization Pastor. The mobilization efforts of our church are two-fold: (1) discipling our people through community and training so that (2) they join us in the mission efforts of our church to fulfill the Great Commission through the strategic partnerships we have around the world. The administrative assistant would be supporting both of these efforts but with a heavier emphasis on the first.
Direct Report: Caleb Crittendon, Mobilization Pastor
Work Type: Part-Time (Flexible Schedule with potential for Full-Time in the future)
Qualifications

High School diploma and at least an Associate’s degree

Detail oriented and very organized

Skilled with computing, Excel, etc.

Moderate experience with graphic design
Duties and Responsibilities

Assimilate new guests and members
-
Oversee the logistics of Discover, Launch, Thrive classes

Assist Mobilization Pastor with scheduling events/meetings

Oversee and maintain records of missions budget

Organize and maintain member profiles on Planning Center

Participate in weekly staff meetings (Tuesdays at 10 am)

Assist Mobilization Pastor in correspondence with ministry partners

Handle the logistics of mission trip planning

Manage rosters for community groups and assist pastor in assigning new members to groups

Occasionally design/create material for trainings

Occasionally assist mission partners with reserving our building

Participate in quarterly Mission Leadership Team meetings (Sunday mornings)
