After 15 years of teaching and coaching, Will felt the call to a full-time position with FCA in order to use his experience to minister to and disciple coaches and athletes. He now serves as the Upstate Multi-Area Director which covers 11 counties and over 30 staff. Kelsi, his wife is also on staff with FCA and they have three boys, Christopher, Josiah, and Nathanael.
