Building Use Considerations
1. Scheduled church activities will have priority to space, facilities and equipment.
2. Saturday events in general, will not be approved. Some exceptions will be considered.
3. Utilities, facility personnel, and housekeeping fees will be assessed.

that we will be responsible for all set up and tear down of the room using
the room will be set back up in its original configuration
to follow the checklist for cleaning & lock up procedures
an adult over the age of 18 will be present for the duration of the event
to take responsibility for any damage that occurs by advising a facility respresentative and taking measures to clean or repair to include additional fees if necessary
that we will show incredible respect for the property and will leave the building and its resources better than we found it
