GIVING IS AN ACT OF WORSHIP

We invite you to regularly participate in giving as an important part of our worship service, as we honor God with the first fruits of our wealth (Proverbs 3:9). Offering boxes are placed in the back of the gym at every worship service. Checks can be designated to a specific ministry using the memo line.

Hope Point encourages online giving via the eCheck or debit card options. We also allow giving via credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. However, we encourage you not to use credit cards unless you plan to pay off your credit card in full each month. We are debt-averse at Hope Point, and do not want to contribute to anyone else going further into debt.

To setup online one-time or recurring giving:

• Enter your mobile number.  Follow the prompts to confirm your identity and then click on the “Give” menu to fill out the giving form.

You can also setup Recurring Giving from your debit or credit card.

We want to make it as convenient for you to worship through giving.  Text to Give is a great option that is easy and quick.

Here’s how:
Text “give” to 84321. The first time you text this number, it will ask you to input your credit card information.  From then on, just text the amount you want to send to that number and it will immediately process your gift.  If you happen to send something by mistake, it will show you how to ask for a refund.

Donating stock or other assets that have appreciated in value may provide potential tax benefits. When you give appreciated assets like stock to 501(c)(3) not-for-profit organizations like Hope Point, you are generally exempt from paying capital gains tax. It’s a good way to store up treasure in heaven, while also maximizing the resources entrusted to us while on the earth. If you’d like to donate stock to Hope Point, please contact Dan Yacoviello.
